There are still people, presumably, that drop the ball a bit in this department. If your landing page is not relevant to your ad description, then people will get angry and leave. For the keywords you will be using, be sure to track them using the Adwords interface. It’s all about tracking so you can determine which words are working well. You do want to make as much profit as possible, so that is why you must track your keywords and only stay with those that are performing well.
